I understand that the waitlist deposit of $500 is completely non-refundable under any circumstances, but it is transferable to a future litter.
I understand that Pretty Paws reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any person at any time for any reason, in which case the deposit would be fully refunded.
I understand that pick order is determined by the date the deposit is received. If I choose to pass on a current litter, I maintain my spot on the master list for the next available litter.
