1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any puppy or service made available through our breeding program, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. All deposits (waitlist fees) are strictly non-refundable as they secure your placement on our master waitlist and remove the puppy from the market.

3. Right to Refuse Sale

Pretty Paws reserves the absolute right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any individual or family at any time, for any reason, prior to physical delivery. In the rare event that a sale is refused by the breeder, any deposits or payments made will be fully refunded to the buyer.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including all photography, logos, and written text), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pretty Paws and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Pretty Paws.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as payment processors, Trupanion, or Embark) that are not owned or controlled by Pretty Paws. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
