How It Works
Our process is designed to be transparent, supportive, and completely focused on pairing the perfect puppy with the perfect family.
1. Submit an Application
The first step is to fill out our comprehensive puppy application. This helps us ensure our puppies are going to loving, capable homes and helps us match the perfect temperament to your family's lifestyle.
2. Application Review & Approval
We review applications within 48 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email inviting you to place a reservation fee to secure your spot on the waitlist.
3. Place Reservation Fee
A $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your place. Pick order is determined strictly by the order in which these fees are received.
4. Puppy Updates & Selection
Once the puppies are born, we provide weekly photo and video updates. Puppy selection begins at 6 weeks of age, after temperament testing and vet clearance are complete.
5. Gotcha Day!
Puppies go to their forever homes at 8 weeks old! You will receive a comprehensive go-home bag, health records, and a lifetime of support from us.
