2. Contract Terms

Strict Spay/Neuter Agreement

I agree that this puppy is being sold as a PET ONLY. I agree to have the puppy spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian by 12 months of age, and I agree not to breed this dog under any circumstances.

Return Policy

I agree that if at any time during the dog's life I am unable to care for the dog, it must be returned to Pretty Paws. The dog may NEVER be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or rehomed without written consent.

72-Hour Vet Check

I agree to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of taking possession. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee.

Payment Terms

I agree that the remaining balance must be paid in full (via cash, Zelle, or wire transfer) prior to or at the time of pickup/delivery. Puppies will not leave the breeder until funds have cleared.
